These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeTrek website (lifetrek.in) and all associated products, services, and content provided by Abhishek Singh and NeuralCrowd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing anything on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers of LifeTrek products and services.

Products and Purchases

All purchases are processed securely through Gumroad. When you complete a purchase, you are entering into an agreement with Gumroad as the payment processor and with us as the product provider.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with download instructions. Digital products are delivered electronically — we are not responsible for any issues caused by your email provider or spam filters.

3️⃣ Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on lifetrek.in — including text, graphics, images, audio, video, frameworks, assessments, templates, and the LifeTrek name and logo — is the intellectual property of Abhishek Singh and/or NeuralCrowd. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

When you purchase LifeTrek or any associated product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own private benefit. You may not:

4️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds and Guarantees

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all LifeTrek digital products, effective from the product delivery date (February 15, 2026 for pre-orders). To request a refund, email hello@lifetrek.in with your order number and reason.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Pre-order bonus content (Audio Meditations, Wall Posters, Early Community Access) is yours to keep regardless of refund status.

5️⃣ User Conduct

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LifeTrek products and services in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and respectful. You must not:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LifeTrek and Abhishek Singh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant product.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LifeTrek products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
