“My journey hasn’t been about finding all the answers — it’s been about learning to ask better questions and navigate with increasing wisdom.”
The Journey to Integration
Abhishek Singh is a law graduate turned IT consultant who discovered that the most important navigation system isn’t geographical — it’s internal. After years of fragmented self-improvement attempts and professional success that felt hollow, he embarked on a decade-long journey to integrate ancient wisdom with modern science into a cohesive life operating system. LifeTrek is the result.
His path has been anything but linear. He graduated from law school with honours but found himself drawn to technology consulting instead of courtrooms. While professionally successful in IT, he felt a persistent emptiness — the sense that he was optimising his life for metrics that didn’t truly matter. A personal crisis in his late twenties forced him to confront fundamental questions: What does it mean to live well? How do we navigate the complexity of modern existence without losing our centre?
These questions launched him into intensive study across multiple disciplines: Stoic philosophy, neuroscience, spiritual traditions, systems thinking, and behavioural psychology. More importantly, he began rigorously testing principles in his own life — tracking what worked and what didn’t.
The Konark Connection
The photograph above was taken at the Konark Sun Temple in Odisha — one of India’s most remarkable UNESCO World Heritage sites. The ancient chakra (wheel) carved into the temple wall is the central symbol of LifeTrek: the wheel of life in perpetual motion, time marked by its spokes, the self as the navigator at its centre. The chariot metaphor from the Kāṭha Upaniṣad — the Self as master, the Body as chariot, the Intellect as charioteer, the Mind as reins — is the philosophical root of the entire LifeTrek system.
The Symbol of LifeTrek
The Konark wheel represents the complete cycle of existence: 24 spokes marking the hours of a day, 8 major spokes marking the eight directions of life. LifeTrek’s 15 Parts are the modern navigation system built on this ancient architecture — conscious self, body, mind, and the wisdom to steer them all.
Teaching & Impact
Over ten years, Abhishek has trained 5,000+ professionals across Globe — helping them not just improve specific skills but redesign the architecture of their entire working and personal lives. That experience — watching 5,000 people apply these frameworks to real life, succeed and fail, adapt and discover — is the primary research database underlying LifeTrek’s 56 chapters.
